We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage and lead a high-performing store team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing store team, driving sales and maximizing profitability.
  • Analyze sales and stock performance, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with head office to implement solutions.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and abilities, promoting a culture of empowerment and growth.
  • Manage workload, workflow, and time management, ensuring effective delivery and accountability within the team.
  • Drive retention, recruitment, and training of all store staff, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure visual directives and standards are maintained, showcasing the brand's aesthetic and values.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the retail industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with a track record of driving sales targets and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, and shrinkage control.
  • 3+ years of retail or leadership experience, with a proven ability to coach and develop teams and individuals.
  • Must have full AU working rights.
