Job Description

The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is an iconic tourist destination and award-winning spa located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our regular users and potential new members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
  • Assisting with the sale of services and merchandise products
  • Promoting the centre's services and programs to customers

You will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining good working relations with customers
  • Participating in in-house training
  • Maintaining currency of qualifications
  • Complying with all OH&S standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check

Desirable skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in retail and customer service
  • Previous experience and knowledge of spa resorts
