We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic lifestyle assistant. Our team actively facilitate engaging, innovative, and meaningful leisure and lifestyle programs according to the residents social, emotional, cultural, spiritual, physical and cognitive needs and abilities. This includes the provision of one-to-one activities, group activities, outings/bus trips and special events. Under the guidance of the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will carry out lifestyle assessments that are relevant to each residents' preferences and needs.
This is a part-time role for 40 hours per fortnight working varied shifts during Monday to Friday. We pay per award depending on your qualification? (Approx $31 per hour + eba allowancess etc)

Central Highlands Rural Health is a Victorian State Government owned not-for-profit organisation that manages Daylesford Aged Care, which is situated in the rural township of Daylesford close to the town centre. We like to keep things personalised here with having 30 residents it is easy to get to know everyone.

**_ What we look for:_**
- Have a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or Certificate III in Aged Care (desirable)
- Experience in a similar role
- Have a passion and genuine care for elderly
- Have effective communication and computer documentation skills
