Vice Chancellor for Indigenous Advancement

We are seeking a visionary leader to strengthen the voice of First Nations people in our University's teaching, research and engagement. The successful candidate will make a significant impact at the whole-of-University level on the implementation of strategies and actions articulated in our First Nations Education Strategy, Research Strategy and Workforce Strategy.
This role requires strong academic credentials, a track record of demonstrated success in collaboration and engagement with First Nations communities, and cultural knowledge and strengths. Key skills and qualifications include:
- A doctoral degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and management roles within an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural knowledge and understanding of First Nations peoples' perspectives and experiences.
