Office Operations Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Western Australia.
About This Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office records, accounts, and correspondence, as well as coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, accounts, and correspondence
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and hotel departments to meet operational needs
- Ensure office equipment, supplies, and systems are properly maintained
- Support human resources functions, including payroll, recruitment, and staff training
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hotel policies
- Provide administrative support to management
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (desired but not mandatory)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
