About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Southern Highlands region. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our clients, promoting health and wellbeing, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients, including health promotion, education, and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote health and wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Division One Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners' Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 1 year of community, acute, and aged care experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
