We are seeking a skilled professional who will play a crucial role in helping clients succeed with our software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, support, and ongoing satisfaction for enterprise clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have a smooth and successful experience with our platform. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive experience for both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and onboard new clients, delivering tailored training to help them get the most out of our platform.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve client concerns.
  • Proactively engage with clients post-onboarding, driving ongoing success through regular check-ins, updates, and training on new features.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support client self-resolution.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure customers are well-informed about new features and product updates.

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about helping others succeed. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex technical information clearly to a non-technical audience.
