Our client is experiencing continued growth and is currently seeking to employ an experienced and motivated Residential Building Supervisor to manage the construction of our new homes in the Logan area.

They are an** **investor only builder with no client contact with the supervisor. Our industry leading team all works together to get the job done efficiently and effective.

The position will include such duties as:
- Programming and co-ordinating the construction of new residential housing.
- Co-ordination of suppliers and contractors to ensure all jobs flow seamlessly and are constructed within the required time frames.
- Ensuring all work conforms to the BCA, any applicable specifications and relevant authority guidelines.
- Ensuring all work is completed to Allegra Homes standard.
- Sourcing and negotiating additional trades when required.

To be considered for this position you will require:
- Ideally a trade-based background with a minimum of 5 years' experiencein a similar supervisory role with a residential new home builder.
- The ability to read, interpret and understand construction drawings, engineering drawings and specifications.
- Be computer literate and experience with Onsite Companion.
- Have a great understanding of the BCA and how it relates to building regulations and standards.
- Have the ability to work well with trades, suppliers, regulatory authorities and external consultants to achieve the required outcomes.
