About the Role

The purpose of this role is to manage high-risk and serious offenders effectively. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of assessment, risk management, and case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing high-risk and serious offenders.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others.
  • Demonstrated expertise in offender assessment, intervention, and treatment planning.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts.
