High-Risk Offender Manager

The purpose of this role is to manage high-risk and serious offenders effectively. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of assessment, risk management, and case management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of high-risk and serious offenders, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement effective risk management plans to mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing high-risk and serious offenders.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others.
- Demonstrated expertise in offender assessment, intervention, and treatment planning.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts.
