Executive Culinary Manager

The role involves overseeing catering operations at our Sydney venue, with a focus on creating diverse menus for corporate events. You will be responsible for kitchen operations, including day-to-day management and compliance with health and safety protocols.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in corporate catering and commercial cooking, who is innovative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key skills include high-level menu development, cost control, and food production expertise.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering memorable experiences through great food. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, excellent organisational and people management skills, and the ability to uphold Work Health & Safety and Food Safety protocols.
