Dispute Resolution Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dispute Resolution professional to join our team. As a key member of our Dispute Resolution team, you will play a critical role in resolving complex disputes across various industries.

As a Dispute Resolution professional, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including commercial, property, and IP disputes. You will also have the chance to collaborate with senior colleagues and contribute to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and conduct litigation in superior Federal and state courts in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.
  • Handle franchising and property disputes for franchisors, owners, and local government.
  • Oversee building and construction commercial disputes and regulatory matters.
  • Litigate IP, patent, and general commercial matters in the Federal Court.
  • Engage in debt collection and insolvency matters.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in relevant practice areas.
  • Previous litigation experience; meaningful pre-admission experience is welcome.
  • Ability to manage file loads under supervision and contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Strong commercial outlook, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
