Family Dispute Resolution Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role involves:

  • Managing individual files under the supervision of a senior practitioner
  • Conducting intake and screening of all matters referred for a family dispute resolution conference
  • Screening and assessing clients' ability to participate effectively in family dispute resolution conferences due to issues relating to vulnerability and family and domestic violence

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in making and documenting decisions in accordance with organisational policies and guidelines
  • The ability to use appropriate information management systems to keep up-to-date information
  • Experience working with clients experiencing domestic and family violence, disadvantage or coming from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
