The Senior Account Executive identifies sales leads, pitches ActivePipe to new and existing ANZ customers, consults with decision makers to close the sale and maintains professional relationships with all contacts. The scope of this role is international across AU and NZ, and the focus of this role is prospect management, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion with an eye towards corporate/network opportunities of 50 agents or more.

What you'll have and do to succeed:

  • Build, maintain and apply a high level of knowledge on ActivePipe's products
  • A hunter and farmer mindset: Identify, qualify and close new and upsell business opportunities
  • Cold calling - outbound calls to potential customers
  • Schedule demos to present ActivePipe to prospective customers
  • Use your consulting and presenting skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions based on individual customer/brand needs
  • Use your ability to consult and build relationships to manage multiple decision makers throughout the sales cycle
  • Build and maintain business relationships with new and potential customers and their supporting teams
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients and prospects, which is managed through our CRM Salesforce
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers are delighted throughout the entire customer experience
  • Collaborate with the ANZ Senior Director of Sales on sales goals, planning and forecasting operating rhythms
  • Maintain short-term and long-term business development plans
  • Be an ambassador for ActivePipe - always representing our brand, mission and values

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Mentor new and existing team members in the Account Executive role
  • Host training on an as needed basis to assist in upskilling team members across core competencies and/or product knowledge
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • To engage with all inbound opportunities of 50 licenses or more as lead Account Executive on Moxiworks behalf
  • The Senior Account Executive is to meet with and collaborate with AE's who uncover 50+ license opportunities. (AE to be awarded recognition)
  • Be a point of contact for other Account Executives when management is unavailable

Experience in the following areas:

  • 5 years or more of SaaS sales experience is highly preferred
  • Internal Candidates: 2 years of ActivePipe outbound sales experience is preferred
  • Internal Candidates: a minimum of 90% to quota must be achieved across the last two financial years
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and/or mortgage broker industry is favourable

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within the ActivePipe / Moxiworks environment

Annual Salary Range: Base $90k/95k AUD- On Target Earnings $180k/185k AUD
