Job Description

The primary function of this role is to manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service throughout the pre-construction process.

This involves managing multiple customers at different stages of the journey, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring quality control through professional communications and report compilation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on project status
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Accurately record and maintain customer project details
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including drafting, estimating, and permits
  • Liaise with suppliers and coordinate client variations when required
  • Ensure quality control through professional communications and report compilation
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products, services, and processes to confidently interact with clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Construction industry experience is essential, with a proven track record in customer-focused roles
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize activities
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
