We are seeking an experienced Board Application Support Expert to join our Solution Support team in Sydney.

This role plays a pivotal part in our Customer Success strategy, providing industry-leading post-implementation support to our customers. As a Board Application Support Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong grasp of our customers' evolving business and functional requirements while guiding them on how to utilize Board to achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide qualified functional and technical assistance for existing customer Board planning and reporting solutions
  • Guide extensive knowledge transfer processes between delivery and maintenance teams
  • Host regular service review meetings with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and provide insights on new features and functionality introduced in the Board platform
  • Articulate, in deep technical detail, how Board functionality can be used to meet customer requirements and solve business problems
  • Remain commercially focused by identifying opportunities for Board footprint expansion within the existing customer base
  • Work closely with the Board Product team by relaying customer and market feedback

Requirements:

  • Education in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, or a relevant technical field
  • 2-4 years' experience working in EPM/CPM software support, delivery, or consulting roles
  • Good understanding of financial processes, such as Financial Consolidation and Lease Reporting
  • Exposure to multi-dimensional or OLAP technology preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL advantageous
  • Great de-escalation aptitude and capacity to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and reverse engineering skills
  • Able to grasp complex business requirements and translate them into solutions within the Board platform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
