Logistics Planning Expert

We are seeking a Logistics Planning Analyst to provide analytical support for forecasting LPG orders to customers, ensuring timely deliveries and data integrity in Salesforce.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organisational abilities and experience working in a logistics function. Degree qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management are highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review Forecasted Orders Daily: Ensure optimal delivery times by monitoring and analysing daily forecasted orders.
  • Telemetry Levels Monitoring: Maintain customers' gas supply by monitoring Telemetry levels and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Salesforce Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce, maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Collaboration and Improvement: Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure on-time deliveries, analyse delivery performance and implement improvements.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
