Financial Planning Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in technology and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer client investment accounts in compliance with rigorous regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Facilitate the purchase of various investment products on behalf of clients, such as managed funds, ETFs, term deposits, and other financial instruments.
  • Develop expertise in utilizing investment platforms to execute investment orders accurately.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and maintained for client accounts and investment transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients, investment advisors, and internal teams to clarify account information and facilitate investment transactions.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of account data and investment transactions, making necessary corrections.
  • Stay current with financial regulations and ensure strict compliance with all relevant rules and standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to account set-up and investment transactions.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to investment accounts and transactions.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients regarding investment inquiries and concerns.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Australian Financial Services, particularly in KYC and customer service.
