Room Attendant Job Description

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our guest rooms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing vacant and occupied rooms according to established procedures
  • Completing tasks efficiently and effectively within allocated time frames
  • Reporting maintenance or security issues promptly to supervisors or Executive Housekeepers
  • Engaging with guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Collecting and returning guest property left in vacated rooms

Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
