  • Fluent in English (spoken, written and read), additional languages are advantageous.
  • Comfortable multitasking and remaining calm under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skilled collaborator, able to work seamlessly across departments to deliver an elevated guest journey.
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud advantageous – with strong accuracy skills.
  • Quick thinking problem solver who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities.
