Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Luxury Beverage Expert to join our award-winning venues in the Cairns CBD. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests through expert cocktail, champagne, and wine service.


Your primary focus will be on collaborating with our guests to create unforgettable moments, showcasing your extensive knowledge of mixology and high-end bar service. You will work closely with our dynamic food and beverage team to ensure seamless execution of events and provide outstanding service that exceeds our guests' expectations.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of our luxury hotel development and management company. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service
  • Absolute passion for your craft
  • High standard of service and excellent attention to detail
  • Able to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Natural energy with a fun and positive attitude
  • Innate ability to engage with guests enhancing their experience and leaving them with lasting memories
  • Current working holiday visa with a minimum 6 month commitment, relevant experience in high-end hospitality and a current QLD RSA
