About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our vibrant inner-city team at Crystalbrook Riley. As a key member of our front-line service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and preferences with empathy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions, making personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, communicating effectively with colleagues and management as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficient computer skills, including Opera PMS
  • Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights
