Education Programs Coordinator

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on coordination to ensure smooth delivery and continued growth of educational programs.

  • Coordinate bookings, activities, curriculum-based field studies, and school holiday programs.
  • Develop and oversee education programs that are curriculum-aligned and engaging.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality communication and delivery.
  • Support marketing strategies to grow participation and expand offerings.
  • Assist with staff rostering, training, and mentoring.
  • Oversee administration including accounts, reporting, and compliance.
  • Ensure safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across all programs.
  • Support staff development in outdoor recreation activities to build capability.

About You:

  • Strong administrative and planning skills – highly organized with an eye for detail.
  • Background in education (teaching, curriculum design, or outdoor learning) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in outdoor recreation activities and ability to train, mentor, and develop staff.
  • Strategic thinking and business growth mindset, with ability to develop new offerings and expand reach.
  • Interest in charitable and community programs.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive approach, comfortable balancing office work with occasional field-based responsibilities.
