A leading global consultancy invites applications from visionary engineers who can lead international projects across West Africa, Asia, South America, and Australia. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Team Management: Collaborate with the regional manager to oversee team resourcing, mentor junior engineers, and provide guidance to remote construction teams.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead or review design for critical infrastructure such as tailings dams, heap leach pads, and geotechnical structures, contribute to construction and closure planning, and produce and review technical deliverables.
  • Client Relationship Development: Foster and grow relationships with local and international clients, support proposal writing, bids, and technical presentations, and represent the company at industry events.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Chartered Civil or Geotechnical Engineering qualification
  • Significant experience in tailings, dams, or mine infrastructure
  • Strong technical expertise with leadership potential
