Customer Service Representative

 

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their inquiries efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for managing online special orders, including supplier follow-up, customer service, order fulfillment, and delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be knowledgeable about products, able to navigate complex systems, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

 

Requirements
  • Exposure to Call Logging Software (advantageous)
  • Product knowledge specific to special orders range (advantageous)
  • Sound interpersonal skills along with the ability to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time and priority management skills, ability to work to deadlines
  • A passion for customer service and a friendly and helpful manner
  • Confident in the use of PCs and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
