We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong customer service background to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
About the Role:- Taking a leading role in driving an outstanding customer experience
- Organising bookings and service enquiries
- Managing, maintaining and growing customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
- Identify any additional service requirements and document them accordingly
- Liaise with workshop controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Team attitude and ability to problem solve
- Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
- Ability to prioritise and remain organised
