We are seeking motivated and energetic educators to join our Outside School Hours Care Program in Southern Tasmania. The program delivers high-quality support to improve individual, family and community wellbeing.
The team provides the highest standard of learning and care with programs carefully planned to be developmentally appropriate and stimulating. Our services are culturally and socially inclusive, with family involvement in all aspects of activities.
The educator will create a positive environment to engage school-aged children in OHSC and vacation care. Effective communication with parents is crucial for this role. Positive working relationships with team members are essential for delivering quality outcomes.
This role requires passion for Early Childhood Industry, Working with Vulnerable People Registration, National Police Check, and a focus on Health & Safety requirements. Exceptional communication skills and ability to think on your feet are also required. Ability to read and interpret Policies and Procedures is necessary.
