Role: Trainee EducatorYour Impact

You will play a vital role in shaping the early school years of young children. With support from experienced professionals, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant policies and procedures
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children and their families
  • Contributing to the education program in the room and centre team
Requirements:
  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
