Dietitian Position in Mental Health

Monash Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Dietitian to join our Allied Health Mental Health Graduate Program. As a Dietitian in this program, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of consumers, carers, and families across the south eastern metropolitan region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based dietetic care to consumers, carers, and families
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
The Allied Health Mental Health Graduate Program is a 12-month, full-time graduate position that offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in mental health care. You will have the chance to work in a variety of settings, including community and inpatient environments, and will be supported by experienced clinical educators and mentors.
What We Offer- Protected learning time to develop your skills and knowledge
- Minimum of 4 hours of clinical educator contact per week
- Multiple supervision spaces, including fortnightly 1:1 clinical supervision and multi-disciplinary group clinical supervision

- Dietitians Australia accredited dietetics degree or hold a Dietitians Australia mutually recognised dietetics degree from New Zealand or have passed the Dietitians Dietetic Skills Recognition (DSR) process
