We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Football Department as we take a crucial step in our journey to the Australian Football League (AFL). Our VFL/W program will operate as a stand-alone high-performance program, developing people and resources ahead of our AFL entry.
About the Opportunity- The program will initially operate in a regional training model, with training sessions and staff spread across Tasmania. Upon completion of the High Performance Training Centre, the program will be centrally based in Hobart.
- To develop a high-performance program that prepares players for the AFL by providing a robust development pathway.
- To create a strategic framework for player development and resource allocation ahead of our AFL entry, ensuring a strong presence in Tasmanian football communities.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping the Club's pathway to the AFL, leveraging your expertise to drive success in a dynamic and growing organization.
