Create outstanding experiences for guests across a renowned restaurant in one of Australia's leading retreats. A goal-driven individual, you will set high benchmarks for operations and quality control to excel in Australian hospitality.

Report directly to the new restaurant manager and work closely with F&B staff and kitchen teams to drive performance and standards.

Liaise with our celebrity chef for feedback on menus and products.

Effectively manage teams with clear objectives across multiple outlets.

Implement essential staff morale and motivation strategies.

Develop and implement service and delivery procedures.

Display a deep understanding of food and beverage products.

Provide hands-on staff training and development.

Comfortable managing beverage costs and rosters.

Work towards efficient budgets and cost control.

Schedule: 8 hour shift
