Job Opportunity

Drive positive community outcomes as a skilled communicator in our Customer and Stakeholder Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice on issues management, stakeholder engagement, and risk assessment to senior leaders and project teams.
  2. Build strong relationships with government representatives, community organisations, and key stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement communication strategies for high-risk infrastructure projects, including preparing media releases, newsletters, and speech notes.
  4. Coordinate community consultations, road openings, media events, and other activities to support the delivery of regional projects.
  5. Monitor regional projects to identify emerging trends and communication risks.
  6. Prepare high-quality executive correspondence, reports, and briefing materials while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  7. Lead a collaborative, customer-focused team, mentoring staff, and fostering professional development in communication and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in communications, PR, or a related field, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership, and team management abilities.
