About the Role:

Catholic Early EdCare seeks a dedicated and child-focused Educator to join our team at St Ann's Kindergarten and OSHC. As an Educator, you will work collaboratively with our experienced team to provide high-quality education and care for school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and educational growth.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
  • Promote the service within the local community, in line with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy.

Requirements:

  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • A genuine passion for the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment
  • Effective workplace communication skills
