Job Title: Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

This role is responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating enrolments and accounts receivable processes
  • Managing TRACER and timetabling systems
  • Providing student services and visitor support

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with One School, Finance, Consent Management, and E-publisher systems

About You:

To succeed in this position, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Extensive knowledge of account receivable processes and policies
  • Thorough understanding of DoE enrolment policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and high-level customer service
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance
  • Ability to manage high-pressure environments
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Operate autonomously to undertake day-to-day office procedures
