Client Care Representative Job Description

This role involves delivering exceptional service to clients, providing a positive experience and helping them manage their hearing health.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians
  • Manage clinic operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Handle the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and processing payments
  • Learn and use various software applications effectively
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or administration
  • A passion for delivering an excellent client experience
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and high energy levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Focus on achieving results and delivering outstanding outcomes
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about hearing aid features and basic maintenance
