About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled legal professional to join our Workers Compensation group in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in a high-volume practice with experienced partners who are ranked as Leading and Recommended Lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and preparing court documents for litigated matters.
  • Briefing counsel and preparing matters for trial.
  • Attending conferences and hearings, including mediations and conciliations.
  • Liaising with clients and managing files from start to finish.
Requirements
  • Australian-qualified lawyer with at least 4 years of experience (PAE).
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong legal skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
