We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

About the Role

This part-time opportunity involves advising public and private sector clients on regulatory frameworks in the context of strategic approvals, major projects and transactions, enforcement, litigation and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality legal services to clients;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to advise on environmental law and related practice areas;
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives;
Requirements
  • At least 0-2 years' experience as a Senior Associate with a background in environmental law;
  • Strong skills in legislative interpretation, analytical thinking and advice drafting, and attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with State Administrative Tribunal or Supreme/Federal Court litigation;
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
