Job Title: Head of Digital Learning and IT

Job Description

As a senior leader in education, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in eLearning and innovation. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction of our college's digital learning initiatives.

  • You will work closely with the Principal and College Executive to develop and implement strategic plans for digital learning across academic, pastoral, and operational domains.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders including staff, students, parents, and the broader community to embed latest technologies and digital learning approaches within the college community.

  • Develop and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives in Digital Learning and IT.
  • Collaborate with the College Executive Team and Middle leaders to drive the digital learning strategy.
  • Support and extend the work of teaching staff to enhance their professional practice in digital learning.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure alignment with our college's values and strategic direction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in senior leadership within a Catholic educational context, demonstrated capacity to lead strategic planning and change management, deep understanding of Catholic ethos and Good Samaritan Charism, and exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
