Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Principal and College Executive to drive strategic initiatives in Digital Learning and IT across academic, pastoral, and operational domains.
- Lead and monitor the implementation of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with Good Samaritan Education values and Catholic Schools NSW policies and frameworks.
- Support and extend the work of the College Executive Team, Middle leaders, and teaching staff.
- Engage with stakeholders including staff, students, parents, and the broader community to embed latest technologies and digital learning approaches within the college community.
- Proven experience in senior leadership within a Catholic educational context.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead strategic planning, change management, and innovation.
- Deep understanding of Catholic ethos and Good Samaritan Charism.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead with integrity, vision, and compassion.
