Strategic ER and DEI Program Lead

At Atlassian, we're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Program Manager - ER & DEI to drive strategic initiatives within our Employee Relations (ER) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) functions.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of key ER and DEI programs to align with company objectives.
- Low Performance Operations: Collaborating with ERPs on all aspects of Managing Low Performance workstream:
- Reporting to senior HR leaders and EO
- Enablement of ERPs
- Change Management with adopting a new Elevate led approach
- DEI Roadmap: Co-creating the DEI Strategic and Operational plan with DEI Leader
- Stakeholder Management: Building relationships with HR leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive program success.
- Project Management: Utilizing project management methodologies to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources for ER and DEI initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing ER and DEI data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
We estimate that this role will be compensated with a salary range between $120,000 to $180,000 per year.
