Our Work

As a Consultant at L.E.K., you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from strategy development to implementation. You will be responsible for guiding and managing case teams, working closely with clients to ensure the effective implementation of recommendations. Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying Critical Issues - You will work with Partners and Managers to outline the client's key business issues that need resolution.
  • Structuring Analyses - You will develop a plan to find the answers to these critical questions.
  • Managing Team Activities - You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your team, including managing less experienced colleagues.
  • Solving the Case - You will ensure that your team is on-track to accurately solve the problem and deliver an answer.
  • Turning Strategy into Action - You will work closely with senior members of the client organization to ensure that strategies are actioned and impact is realized.

Qualifications and Experience

We seek highly motivated, creative, and entrepreneurial candidates who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, and uncompromising ethics. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience post-undergraduate degree
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and willingness to travel
  • Excellent written, analytical, and verbal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing, and dynamic environment with integrity, patience, and a sense of humor
