We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our NDIS clinical services team at ORS Group. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with complex communication needs, swallowing difficulties, and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services to NDIS participants across various settings, including family homes, group homes, day programs, schools, and community settings.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans that promote communication, swallowing, and behavioral goals.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to support participants in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred).
- A car and valid driver's license.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles.
