Automated Door Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled Automated Door Service Expert to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the equipment and servicing of Automatic Doors, Roller Shutters and Gates across various locations.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and a commitment to working safely with a focus on quality. The ideal candidate will have a background in the doors industry and experience with breakdowns, maintenance activities, and repairs.

  • The Automated Door Service Expert will be responsible for attending to breakdowns, carrying out maintenance activities, and ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • The successful candidate will actively maintain customer relationships in the local region and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to breakdowns on Automatic Doors, Roller Shutters and Gates
  • Carry out maintenance activities and repairs
  • Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain customer relationships in the local region
Requirements:
  • Strong background in the doors industry (although not essential)
  • Experience with breakdowns and maintenance activities
  • An electrical licence is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A Full Drivers Licence
