**About the Role**

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business automation solutions that meet organisational objectives and standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and supporting a team of Automation Administrators, fostering a collaborative work environment.

You will be responsible for architecture, design, build, test, deployment and maintenance of our business automation solutions.

Administration and support of our automation environment which is primarily MS Power Platform/MS Centre of Excellence/Nintex Technologies.

The Automation Expert Leader will contribute to the governance, architecture and technical design and alignment of our automation technologies with best practices and organisational goals.

They will assist citizen developers/business owners to identify opportunities for process improvement using the power platform (Power apps, Power Automate and Power BI) as well as the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Additionally, they will assist the organisation with the support and guidance of AI technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a team of Automation Administrators
  • Responsible for architecture, design, build, test, deployment and maintenance of business automation solutions
  • Contribute to the governance, architecture and technical design and alignment of automation technologies
  • Assist citizen developers/business owners to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Assist the organisation with the support and guidance of AI technologies

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamic 365 and M365 technologies
  • Experience delivering Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI solutions to meet the business needs
  • Experience in Nintex technologies
  • Experience in AI technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with software development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently when required
  • Experience in managing other team members, and liaising with stakeholders
