About the Role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our national team. You will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney and will report into the Chief Human Resources Officer.

This role is a 12-month contract that requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or Commerce
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an L&D role
  • Professional approach to business

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement an effective induction process for all new starters
  2. Manage the L&D inbox and respond to enquiries in a timely and competent manner
  3. Review existing L&D administration processes to improve workflow efficiency
  4. Assist with administration of compliance and training systems
  5. Manage the L&D calendar and arrange bookings for training and CPD sessions
  6. Deliver training on various systems
  7. Maintain and review intranet resources
