Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver training content using the latest technology.
- Develop and maintain best practice in training delivery.
- Participate in the development and management of content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Champion customer service improvement initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of a Contact Centre environment, preferably with experience working within Aviation.
- Customer-focused with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- At least 1 year's experience in behavioral/technical training design and facilitation.
- Experience with coaching towards agreed KPIs and behaviors.
