About the Role:- This is a key position within our OSHC service, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality programs for school-aged children.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing child-focused programs that cater to the diverse needs of our participants.
- Our OSHC service operates at a high staff-to-child ratio, ensuring every child's individual needs are met.
- Lead and manage the OSHC program, developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality care for our children.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local families, schools, and internal stakeholders to ensure individualized care and support.
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks, ensuring our service remains up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching, training, and reflective practice to foster a positive team culture and support the growth and development of our staff.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA-recognized qualification in teaching, childcare, or community services.
- Experience leading teams in disability, education, or community services.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
