Lead Engagement Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leader to drive our high-performing team in designing, delivering and evolving programs that connect meaningfully with Victorian road users.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading and developing teams, acting as a coach and mentor while fostering an environment of learning, growth and shared success. They will bring well-developed relationship management skills, with experience building and maintaining complex internal and external partnerships to deliver shared outcomes.

The Team Lead will report to the Senior Manager and will be supported and empowered to work autonomously whilst having an open line for guidance and advice when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to design, deliver and evolve programs that connect meaningfully with Victorian road users.
  • Work with government agencies, local councils, businesses and advocacy groups to ensure initiatives are aligned to the strategy and make a tangible impact.
  • Develop and maintain complex internal and external partnerships to deliver shared outcomes.
  • Report to the Senior Manager and work autonomously with an open line for guidance and advice when needed.
