Program Manager - OSHC Services

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our team of educators and support services in delivering high-quality programs for children.

\

This role is ideal for someone who has experience as a Coordinator and is ready to take on broader responsibilities, shaping the training, support, and growth of our people.

\

As a Child Safe Organisation, we are committed to creating environments where children feel safe, valued, and heard.

\

The Role

Oversee Before and After School Care at one of our flagship programs, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for children and families.

\

Support local services by mentoring Coordinators and teams across a small group of nearby services, helping build consistency, capability, and confidence.

\

Train and guide others by leading practical, hands-on training in programming, administration, behaviour support, and team leadership.

\

Stay across the detail by managing rosters, compliance, enrolments, and planning, supporting others to stay on top of it.

\

Drive improvements by working on projects that enhance our services, whether launching new clubs, trialling fresh ideas, or refining systems for ease of use.

\
