Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Contract Specialist to join our Data Management team.

The successful candidate will play a lead role in integrating work tasks and enhancing efficiencies across the business, while analysing special pricing arrangements and making recommendations for key projects.

  • Play a lead role in integrating work tasks and enhancing efficiencies across the business;
  • Analyse special pricing arrangements to determine appropriate comparative pricing and make recommendations for key projects;
  • Assist managers with set up and review of special pricing arrangements;
  • Review established special pricing and standard pricing to maintain margins;
  • Work on projects to support customer retention and improve profitability;
  • Provide direction and education to team members to improve reporting and analysis skills;
  • Enhance support of the Sales team and their customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and communication skills, a professional, positive attitude, and experience with SAP, SAC, GS1, Microsoft Access and Salesforce. They will also possess excellent comprehension and creative writing skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally and influence others to achieve positive results.
