We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Division 1 nurse. This permanent part-time position is based in Birkdale and offers the opportunity to provide leadership and support quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the physical health of residents, communicating effectively with families about care, managing and directing care staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, maintaining accurate documentation, medication management and administration, and providing leadership aligned with the Eden philosophy of care.

To be successful in this role, you will have current AHPRA registration, postgraduate education and ongoing professional development, experience working with persons living with dementia, pain management, and palliative care, leadership and mentoring abilities, cultural sensitivity and ability to work with frail and confused elders and their families.

You must pass police checks, provide evidence of influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations, and hold a Working With Children Check. A commitment to exclusive employment during COVID-19 is preferred.
